Our Story

Mum’s Milk was born with the arrival of my second child — a journey I never expected to experience again, yet one that awakened something sacred within me. Her birth brought forth a deep, nurturing energy that I didn’t realize I needed.

But this chapter of motherhood was different.
With my second child came intense anxiety — a mental and emotional imbalance I had never faced before. Daily life felt overwhelming, heavy, and unfamiliar. Yet through the uncertainty, one thing remained constant: the bond with my baby. Nursing her grounded me, held me together, and reminded me of my strength when I felt like I was unraveling.

It was in those quiet moments — holding my child close — that clarity formed.
I felt connected to something greater, the same nurturing force that lives within nature. Mother Earth gives balance, renewal, and awareness, and suddenly I knew: to heal, I needed to reconnect with her.

I began studying plants, herbs, and flowers — learning about their natural ability to calm, restore, and support both body and spirit. As my anxiety showed through my skin, I realized my healing needed to be whole: emotional and physical.

With my background as a massage therapist, I returned to aromatherapy and natural wellness. Soon, what began as personal healing evolved into a calling — to create products that nourish not only the skin, but the heart.

Mum’s Milk became my place of strength, creativity, and rebirth.
It helped me reclaim peace, reminded me of my power as a mother, and gave me a purpose rooted in love and compassion.
